ADHD

I know that parenting ADHD can be a challenging task. The intense emotional meltdowns and “blow ups” can make and break a day. The ongoing arguments and reminders to do simple tasks can be exhausting. The anger and upset that ends in name calling can so quickly shift back to normal and this can be confusing. If you’re feeling exhausted, confused, and maybe even guilty that you’re dreading time with your child... you’re not alone. Parenting ADHD can be challenging for any family, and for a firefighter family and law enforcement family there's the additional challenges of changing schedules and interrupted routines. I can offer parent support and provide tools for the whole family that will help you better manage day to day difficulties.
